This is obviously a scam. They claim to be from the car accident claim department but can't provide any relevant information. The call ended when I asked for their company registration number. Unscrupulous individuals.

A person phoned and demanded to speak to my parents without identifying themselves. Clearly a scam.
The caller alleged to be from Aviva, stating that they were contacting me regarding an accident that was not my fault; however, I informed them that no such incident had occurred, and when they attempted to persuade me otherwise, I terminated the call and blocked the number.
A caller with poor english skills claimed to be from claim managment regarding a car accident, but it was a scam and I told him to leave me alown
The caller addressed me by name, followed by an overly familiar 'sir' and 'mate', which I found unprofessional. Claiming to represent Aviva insurance, they attempted to discuss a non-existent claim. I ended the call, but they persisted, calling back five times.
