While travelling I was on an unsecured Wi‑Fi network in a time zone nine hours behind the UK, using the Vinted app when a call came at 4 am UK time. Vinted normally sends a text code, not a late‑night phone call.

The number repeatedly rings my mobile; after blocking it, another call arrives from a similar number with just one digit changed. I haven’t changed any details, so the code is unnecessary and raises concerns that they’re attempting to trick users into updating bank information, potentially giving them access to accounts—a clear scam.
A recorded message instructed me to input a code, so I hung up. The same call was redialed moments later with identical wording. I think I heard the name “Ramada,” though I’m not sure. Who rings at 6:30 am? Seems like a scam.
Having Vinted installed could explain the call; not sure what to reply, but I did leave a voicemail.
