Guy with Indian accent calling himself Frank from an Indian call centre, said he was from (unclear) network. I inquired if they were our customer, he claimed yes, so I requested their account number. He fell silent, muttered something, I disregarded him, and Frank eventually disconnected.
Someone named 'Frank' from O2 rang to propose 40% discount on my bill... Problem is, I'm not even a customer of O2.
