This number reached out to my emergency SIM, which is unknown to anyone, not even me as I can never remember it and haven’t shared it with anyone. I only plan to use it for calling RAC or similar when my primary phone isn’t getting signal.... Seems like they’re just dialing random numbers in hopes of hitting a valid one. Definitely a spammer!
