Someone demanded £100,000,000,000 – clearly a scam.

An unidentified fraudster was trying to withdraw funds from a bank, but thankfully I don’t have a banking app on my device.

Anyone claiming this number is safe is likely a fraudster. Six months ago a notice said ‘it’s not a scam, it’s a closed restaurant in London’, which also seems dubious.

They are killers.

Honestly, the neighbour beneath me appears to be the sole sensible individual here – why answer a call that’s marked as spam?

The number was flagged as ‘Suspected Scam’, so I didn’t answer and blocked it.

That was far too dangerous – they attempted to get me to pay £1 to Kent Police.

Someone claimed my Amazon account had been compromised, yet when I inspected it everything appeared fine; I informed the caller that my account was fine, but he responded oddly and abruptly hung up.

I was contacted by a scammer, claiming my Argos delivery had been suspended due to an 'inapropriate order', however I had actualy ordered a Lego set, and after hanging up and blocking the number, Argos refunded me £45 for some reason.

Looks like a fraudulent attempt.

An odd number threatened me with arrest over an unpaid $10,000,000. I hung up instantly, knowing it was a scam. They used dollars instead of pounds and spoke with an American accent, pretending to be intimidating. I don’t even have that kind of money!

The experience with this number was thoroughly unpleasant.

This is clearly a scam.
