Initially I got a mobile call, followed by a landline, right?
Got a missed call with zero voicemail! After checking the site I spotted the scam, so I blocked and reported it, mate.
A caller identifying as Elsa, claiming to be an ethnic‑focused scammer, warned that my SIM would be blocked and offered to dispatch a DPD driver with a replacement card in 24 hours. I suggested collecting it from a store, but she said it would add £35. After I called her out as a fraud, she cut the call. This was the second Tesco‑related scam call I received today, from a different number.
