Imagine receiving a persistent call from an unfamiliar number just after you cancelled your meal‑kit subscription. The caller claims to be from Hello Fresh, offers discounts and repeatedly rings even after you’ve asked to be left alone. This pattern is typical of aggressive telemarketing that ignores opt‑out requests. Block each new number, then add the original caller to your phone’s blacklist. Contact Hello Fresh through the official website or app to confirm any legitimate outreach and request a permanent cease‑call. Report repeated harassment to your regulator or consumer‑rights body, and consider using a call‑filtering app for added protection.

I rang this number to confirm my order cancellation. A man named Charlie answered, confirming everything was sorted and no charges would apply. I'm still waiting to hear back.
As mentioned in the posts below, this number is genuine HelloFresh, however be cautious of scammers using this number to obtain personal details, it's best to call them back using the number on your account

I receive calls from this number at least three times a week.
Given the number was unfamiliar and I had previously closed my Hello Fresh account, I chose not to answer the call, and based on other users' experiences, it appears to be a scam
Considering these comments, it seems very probable that this is Hellofresh since I canceled my subscription just last week.

I previously had a free trial with HelloFresh, but when they called, they couldn't verify my identity or provide my previous address, despite claiming to have access to my account and credit details, which raised some red flags.
They tried to call me twice more, and I hope the real Hello Fresh company doesnt have reps who act like this, thats just not profesional
