This could be an O2 scam, as the caller, 'Alecia', an Asian lady, offered to reduce my price but couldn't tell me my current payment amount.
Had a call from some bird called Alecia, said she was from O2 but she didnt know what I was paying, smells like a scam to me
Sanj had a suspicious one, they said they were from O2 but sounded like they were from India, didnt bother with it
