This appears to be a scam.
The line was TPS‑registered. They asked for Yvonne and then hung up. Yesterday another spam call from 020 4601 2033 also asked for Yvonne.

It’s definitely a scam; everything they say is a lie, so don’t answer any questions or give out info. Stay away like the plague!
A call claimed to be from an Energy Advisor, trying to pry personal data – I suspect they were checking if I’m a senior and therefore easier to cheat.
A call from Gabby regarding energy efficiency and insulation was blocked with code 1572.

The lady called about energy; I told her I’m on the telephone preference service and asked how she obtained my number, which she couldn’t explain, so I hung up.
A call from 020 4601 2037 hit my landline; I didn’t recognise it, didn’t answer and no message was left. Checking here shows it’s just another scam!

A London number called me in the North East claiming to be my local energy adviser; I hung up, suspecting a scam.
Scammers keep insisting I owe a debt; I’ve told them to stop and they continue calling.
A fraudulent London caller claimed I owed money, and when I requested my name they supplied an incorrect one.
