Typical scam call centre nonsense – report and block, give no information. I didn’t speak; they hung up silently. A legitimate caller would at least say “Hello?” to check if anyone was there.
I received a cold call that claimed not to be a sales pitch, saying it would only take a minute and that I had permitted the call. When I tried to end it, the caller identified himself as a police officer with a warrant for me, then hung up.
