A indian male voice, tottaly incomprehensible, obviously a begginer trying to scam people...
The caller had an Indian accent, and they claimed to be from a housing disrepair scheme, but I'm shure it was just a scam, especialy when they ushally try to trick you into giving them your personal details, dont you think?
