Over the past few years, this woman has rung us at least four times. Her voice is strikingly unique, and every instance I demand she cease and block the number, but it changes nothing.

Answered the ring from this number - dead air; classic indicator of pushy sales or insurance pests. I didn't let them launch into their rubbish.
Scam pushing loft insulation.
Evidently a scripted loft insulation con, posing questions in sequence, responded to them all except when address was asked, then declined interest.
Today's ring from "your nearby energy consultant" via this number. We receive "energy consultant" calls daily from VoIP lines such as this. They inquire if we're the owners, when I usually disconnect knowing it's bogus.
Con related to home insulation
Jo rang, saying she's my local energy expert. When I asked if she knew who I was, she disconnected.
Likely another fraud ring among the ones hitting me; a couple per week
