This bird with an Asian accent rang up, goin on about me Zurich life insurence policy. Said it'd been upgraded and all that malarkey. I was havin none of it, told her to put it in writin. She got all huffy and threatened to cancel the policy. I just told her where to go, if you know what I mean.
