Lloyds Bank Fraud Prevention contacted me following a text they sent the previous day. They informed me that my debit card was fraudulently used on a U.S. site named Build[###]. The representative requested my full name, dob, and address and suggested I cancel the debit card. I agreed, and they mentioned a new card would arrive shortly. They didn’t ask for passwords or memorable info. I checked my Lloyds app immediately and noticed the debit card was no longer listed; only my credit card was visible. I believe the call was legitimate.

Received a legitimate security call from Halifax following a failed online shopping attempt.
A claim was made that the caller represented Lloyds security, despite my no longer being a customer, which raised significant suspicions of a banking scam.
This was a fraudulent call claiming to be from Natwest's fraud department with a scam.
Following a rejected online order using my Halifax card, I received a genuine call from the Halifax fraud team via this number, which turned out to be an automated service confirming my details.
This is a scam pretending to be Lloyds bank's fraud reporting service. Never share your personal information with them.
