Sounds like a con. Male with Indian accent, posing as National Grid rep scheduling a power meter swap. Followed a script. Queried what National Grid means, he got smug saying I shouldn't be unaware. Requested email confirmation for any meter change and ended the call. That irked him, leading to spam dials for minutes.
