A couple of calls went straight to voicemail today, but no message was left.
About six weeks ago a sales rep phoned, requesting a visit to my office about a new telecoms contract. I declined, yet they were extremely pushy and followed up with an email confirming a visit date, which I cancelled. Today they called again, refused to hang up, and kept pressing despite my polite refusal, so I finally ended the call.
