Думка експерта
It seems that the number +44106220123 is a bit of a mixed bag, but predominantly a source of unwanted calls. Some users report it as a bot that remains silent, while others describe it as a sales call offering free loft insulation surveys. One caller even got an earful from someone pretending to be from Sky, despite not being a Sky customer. The consensus is that this is a scam number, likely spoofing locations to appear more trustworthy. If you receive a call from this number, it’s best to hang up and block it. Don’t engage, as it might just lead to more calls or unnecessary stress.

Although my property is relatively new, I received an offer for a free loft insulation survey from this number, supposedly based in Shetland, which I declined.
Purported to be Sky but likely a scam as they don't use this number

After answering, there was no conversation and the caller hung up, leading me to suspect an automated system waiting for a response to initiate a sales pitch
