I received a call regarding a government grant of up to £30k, during which the caller knew my name and address, and asked about my boiler and house. However, they then stated they couldn't help and hung up, which is concerning given the information they had.
This is a classic example of an energy grant scam, where they obtain your details and then steal your grant money
