This number has called me at least five times before 11AM today. It's beyond irritating. Someone please put an end to this nuisance! Twice during a Teams meeting, my phone rang in the background. After the meeting, I pressed 1471 and found out it's the same annoying issue... AGAIN! To put this in context, it's regarding insurance. We recently renewed, and we definitely did not agree to receive calls. Surely, harassment like this isn't allowed. If someone could just cut the phone line linked to this number, I and many others would appreciate it immensely.

While browsing for home insurance online, a woman called with a quote. It was the best offer, including flood coverage. I provided my credit card details to start the cover immediately, but she never emailed the policy. After waiting an hour, I tried calling and messaging, but no response. Now my house is uninsured, and I’ve had to cancel my card due to the risk. This has caused so much hassle with automatic payments.
Yesterday, they called and rang off after saying they were rainbow insurance, today they called again, and hung up as soon as i answered, i've had enought, i'm blocking them.
