Every time I get the same spiel from Moorcroft, no matter how many of their numbers I block – 100% scammers, mate.
Calls and texts addressed to ‘Matthew Ransford’ have been coming in for months; whoever you are, it appears you claim I owe you money. Such harassing spam should never be permitted.

I've been receiving nonstop calls from 0161 968 7065 for the past two decades, each time asking for someone else. The line rings up to ten times daily; it's exhausting. They even switch to another number to bypass blocks—please block them.
After terminating my O2/Virgin Media contract because I relocated to an unsupported area, I gave six weeks' notice via recorded delivery, which they ignored. Now Moorcroft is demanding payment for a debt I do not owe, and the matter is under review by the ombudsman, who should decide before any further action.
