Calls and texts addressed to ‘Matthew Ransford’ have been coming in for months; whoever you are, it appears you claim I owe you money. Such harassing spam should never be permitted.

Now Moorcroft is demanding payment for a debt I do not owe, and the matter is under review by the ombudsman, who should decide before any further action.
