Expert Opinion
Claims to be from 3 but they're not, as reported. Such impostor calls often aim to trick people into sharing personal details or making payments under false pretences. Always verify the caller's identity by contacting the company directly using official numbers from their website, never the one provided by the caller. Hang up immediately if something feels off, and report the incident to Action Fraud or your phone provider to help curb these nuisances. Keeping call logs can assist in blocking persistent harassers and spotting patterns in suspicious activity.
