Answering results in silence, while calling them leads to being placed on hold (likely at a premium rate). There was an option at the start to press 1 if I didn't want further calls, which I selected. Yet, they persist. Being long-term ill, this is exacerbating my situation, constantly disturbing my rest. I am now planning to lodge an official complaint.
