A debt‑recovery agency – steer clear of them.
Pure fraud.
Despite being on the telephone preference register, they left a message urging us to call 01513056749 and even rang my mobile, which flagged as a suspected scam. They claim I owe eBay a fee for a returned item, but there was no return – the customer cancelled before dispatch, so no sale, no fee. Cheers.
