Answered the first call, thinking it was a scam, and hung up. After doing some research, I was convinced it might be genuine, so I cooperated the second time. I thought it was worth a chance to help with some issues we’ve had with our housing association. Honestly, there were no probing questions—just yes/no answers on a scale (don’t know/highly disagree/disagree/agree/strongly agree, etc.). Now, I’m worried it might have been a scam, but no personal data was shared. Plus, I’ve read that there’s a shortage of housing association ‘auditors,’ so as one person mentioned, it could be a company trying to get a contract with the housing association.

A message was left after the caller screen indicated 'suspected spam', but I couldn't catch the name of the company. They intended to conduct a survey on behalf of Clarion housing, which happens to be my landlord.
Rang both my landline and mobile. Recorded message mentioned a 'housing association survey'. Housing associations should stop sharing such information with third parties. It’s just another form of spam. I’ve blocked the number.
