This is a Motability scam. The call appeared as a suspected scam, but I answered because it was a Glasgow number. The caller knew my name and claimed to be from Motability. When I mentioned the scam alert, she blamed it on a Samsung issue, which was irrelevant since I use an iPhone. She abruptly ended the call when I questioned her about an accident. Be cautious; the caller had a Scouse accent and was very polite. These scams are infuriating.

The motability scamers knew alot about me, but when questioned, they quickly hung up, terrible experiance.
Beware of the Motability scam, which initially sounded legitimate, particularly with a caller who seemed genuinely concerned, but it was soon revealed to be a ruse when they inquired about a non-existent accident.
A lady with a midlands accent rang me, asking about motobility and a car accident, but she couldnt provide any further information, I would be cautious with this one.
