The caller claimed to be from USwitch, but would not stop talking despite my lack of interest, and became rude when I attempted to end the call.
Odd one this. I was expecting a call from LV from their claims manager regarding a recent non fault collision at the time of this call. A lady who was in possession of my details and knowledge of the accident said she was called Sophie and was from the ABI. She wanted to ask about my experience with the insurers. I asked for her contact number but she couldn't give it to me. Said she would ring back straight away from a non withheld number. After about 5 mins this number called me back. Another lady,also called 'Sophie' - but definitely a different person, asked for me with slightly incorrect details. I asked who was speaking and she ended the call.
