Expertenmeinung
Ever wonder why your phone keeps buzzing with calls from Stoneacre? Most people receiving these messages have no active contract with the garage, yet they are treated as a sales pitch for service appointments or MOT reminders. If the calls feel intrusive, ask the caller to remove your number from their marketing list and record the request in writing. Blocking the number on your handset or through your provider can stop future rings. Keep an eye on any unsolicited texts – they may be part of the same campaign. When in doubt, report persistent harassment to the Information Commissioner’s Office for further guidance.
