After answering a few questions I queried the insulation type and installation cost, but she couldn't provide details and eventually admitted she worked for a marketing agency unrelated to energy, essentially pitching an unnamed business.
I was away from home and wouldn't have answered an unknown number – turned out to be an insulation scam.
