Definately not a scam, the company is infact Tunstall Response, my elderly father-in-law is registered with them and they have a device that alerts them if he falls, they then contact his emercency list, if they cant reach anyone they contact the emergancy services, so if you recieve a call from this number, its importint to answer it, you may have somone who needs your asistance.

This automated message is linked to a corded helpline, and in this case, it was triggered by a power outage, alerting us to the issue

This number's from a healthcare responder outfit called Tunsall - for some reason, it shows up insted of their proper number...got a call from 'em today, ingnored it, but then went to see me mum and she'd pressed the button (she's alright, btw). Spoke to the responders about it, and they were a bit confused too...up to you weather you answr or not, but it could be a genuin emergency call about a family member.
