It went to voicemail without any message. Moments later, timeshare fraudsters dialled my mobile—pure chance?

Szakértői vélemény
Beware of unsolicited calls like these, as they often signal fraudulent attempts to extract personal details. Reports indicate persistent callers claiming ties to timeshare companies such as Hilton Grand Vacations, but with no legitimate basis. Hang up immediately if pressured about supposed debts; never share financial info. Block the number and report to Action Fraud to curb such nuisances. Silent calls or unanswered voicemails are red flags too—verify any claims independently via official channels. Staying vigilant protects against scam tactics that prey on confusion around past purchases.

Silent Call
Dead air on the line, third such call today from varying numbers – what a drag.
Received multiple rings from 01274 066046. Picked up and a bloke named Charlie claimed he was chasing unpaid bills for Hilton Grand Vacations, once known as Diamond Resorts. I said he had it wrong, but he kept on about recent payments. Knew it was bogus, so I hung up. Definitely a con, stay sharp.
