A caller introduced himself as John from the energy board, claiming our records indicated yellow wool insulation at my address. I thanked him and ended the call.
For three consecutive months, at the start of each month, someone claimed to be from our energy team; when I asked for details, she couldn’t identify herself—clearly a scam.
I don’t engage with energy scammers.
