A company allegedly conducting a follow-up survey contacted me, but when I asked about the origin of my details, they hung up, which raised suspicions about their legitimacy.
They were asking about a lifestyle survey, and specificaly wanted to speak to my daughter, using her full name, I informed them she was only 4 years old, and asked how they obtained her name, they claimed it was from a household member, which is rubbish, and they hung up.
A survey was mentioned by someone who knew my name during the call. It was clearly cold calling! I wish the number could be tied to a specific company, allowing me to submit a GDPR request.
This was a fraudulent survey. They were aware of my name but failed to disclose how they obtained it. I requested them to remove my contact information.
Following my request to delete my details, they became uncooperative and I had to threaten to report them, alot of hassle

Kept getting calls from this number. An Indian man claimed to work for major UK retailers. He asked basic questions about my age and marital status, then tried to confirm my postcode. When he got it wrong, he panicked and got help with his script. He then asked about my energy supplier to lower my bills, but I refused, and he quickly hung up. Clearly trying to gather information to sell.
