A call was received from an individual claiming to represent the Energy Team, who addressed me by name without my prior disclosure, and stated that I had enquired about energy services, which was not the case, and offered to assist with reducing costs and managing direct debits
On 20/12/24, i recieved a call from this number, my phone flagged it as suspecious spam, so i didnt anser. The voicemail was from an AI voice claiming to be 'Olivia' from 'the energy team', it's clearley a scam, dont anser and block the number
