専門家の見解
Like a dodgy handyman knocking on your door with promises of cheap fixes, this call about BT Broadband overcharges reeks of a classic refund scam. Scammers often pose as reps from big providers to trick you into sharing personal details or bank info under the guise of a payout. Don't bite—hang up straight away and contact BT directly via their official number on your bill or website to verify any issues. Block the caller to avoid repeats, and report it to Action Fraud if you've engaged. Stay vigilant; these cons prey on trust in familiar names like BT.
