When I asked if he had checked my TPS status before calling, he said it was impossible to check due to the number of calls. I informed him that he is legally required to check, and he insisted he didn't have to because the numbers he uses were already verified. I told him I was on TPS, and he had just called me. After that, he fell silent, and I hung up.
This time, an Indian-sounding lady from Sky called, but she hung up when I asked for clarification. I reported a similar issue yesterday when they offered loft insulation... enough said!
