Expertenmeinung
Clearly, these 0121 calls are predominantly scam attempts masquerading as legitimate services. Most callers claim to be from Vodafone voicemail or pose as utility workers, yet the pattern of unsolicited numbers and pressure tactics points to fraud. Never disclose personal or financial details to an unknown caller, and always verify by dialing the official company number yourself. Enable your handset’s spam and blocking features, and consider a third‑party call‑filtering app for added protection. Report persistent offenders to your network provider and to Action Fraud. Staying sceptical and cautious will keep your data safe.

This is undoubtedly a scam, as evidenced by the call from an unrecognised mobile number, which I allowed to go to voicemail, only to receive a suspicious text message with a link to access the voicemail, a tactic that failed to deceive me, given my iPhone's voicemail notification system.
