Expert Opinion
Watch out: repeated calls from +441146972123 are a classic energy‑assessment scam. Most callers identify themselves as Helen, a local energy adviser, and then drop the call as soon as you show any interest. The safest move is to let the ring go, avoid confirming any personal details, and add the number to your telephone preference service. Call blocking on your handset or via your provider cuts off most attempts. If the calls persist, lodge a complaint with the ICO and report the number to the phone‑spam watchdog. Keep a short log of dates and times – it helps any investigation.
