We have been through a similar ordeal for 2 weeks, where they promised us work, but eventually told us there was no more work available. Instead, they employed us at a warehouse in Hanover, but things took a turn for the worse when some individuals, allegedly Chechens, escorted us out of the premises. We started receiving threats from them, including physical assault and intimidation. We were ultimately forced to return to Ukraine, leaving us stranded in a foreign country. All this transpired because we trusted the wrong person, who turned out to be a deceitful individual.
