Some idiot called, asking if I would continue using the Oschadbank card. I replied that I had never used the services of this institution. They then hung up on me with an insult.

Apparently, the person on +380 (44) 350 62 31 in Ukraina warned me that the conversation is beeing recorded, then they hung up sudenly.

No introdusction given, sounds like atmomatic messages playin, askin to confirm to procede
