Apparently, the woman on the other end was russian speaking, she seem to be familiar with me, but when i ask her do you speak estonian, she just keep talking, didnt even bother to answer, and after repeating the question few time, she just hang up on me.

Previous year, the caller was from st peterburi in russia, i manage to get his location from his whats up, and ask him to add me to continue our conversation, the call content is always the same, they offer a very good investment opportunity, but you shouldnt take it seriouly!
