Houd kalm, vraag direct naar een officiële bedrijfsnaam, een registratienummer en een schriftelijke bevestiging. Bel het opgegeven nummer nooit terug; zoek zelf de contactgegevens op via de officiële website van de gemeente of het warmtefonds. Schakel je privacybescherming in door onbekende nummers te blokkeren en meld vermoedelijke fraude bij de Autoriteit Consument & Markt.
