Laat nooit je rekening‑ of inloggegevens, wachtwoord of eenmalige code aan de telefoon achter, zelfs als hij persoonlijke cijfers kent. Controleer het nummer via de officiële website of bel terug naar het bekende klantcontactnummer van je bank. Schakel eventueel je telefoonprovider in om het nummer te blokkeren en meld de oproep bij de Fraudehelpdesk. Een korte waarschuwing kan anderen beschermen tegen dezelfde oplichterij.
