A recorded message from Brian Baker claimed to have access to personal information and was conducting a credit check, which seems like a typical scam tactic.
They say they recieved a fax document, and there a pending legal matter against me, but its just a trick to get me to call another number, they work in team, one pretend to be a server, and the other a lawyer
Any legitimate documents cannot be transmitted via email; proper protocol must adhere to local civil procedure rules, readily available online.
During a conversation with Mr Christian, I was informed that I'm involved in a legal matter.
The caller identified himself as Brian Baker.
