Today I recieved two calls, one from this number and another from a similiar number, both left the same 16-second message but it was cut off at the begining, so all I heard was "Aetna. For your hassle-free assesment, press <number> or to be added to our Do Not Call list, press <number>." Unfortunatly, it doesnt help when it leaves that in your voicemail
A message was left stating to "press 1 to get a hassle-free offer or to be placed on our do not call list", which is obviously a telemarketing or scam tactic.

This number just contacted me on my cell, which is unusual since I keep it private. The call was brief, ringing only once. Given my lack of connection to Durango or Grand Junction, it seems suspicious. Possibly a scam.
