The individual, claiming to represent Ameren, requested my bill to supposedly adjust my rates. Despite hanging up on her multiple times, she persisted in calling back and exhibited extremely rude behavior.

Repeated aggressive calls were made, demanding payment of a Com Ed bill, with the caller becoming rude and insisting on continuing calls despite requests to stop, allegedly from India, prompting a block on the number.

A supplier for Com Ed bill has been contacting people through this number, allegedly for business purposes.

Despite explaining that we don't have ComEd and the address they have on file is outdated, the caller persisted in contacting us, having apparently purchased an incorrect list
