I found a collect call from a inmate at Montgomery County Jail on my VM in Sept 2019, pretty strange.
Within a span of 15 minutes, I received multiple calls and plan to report this to the Federal Trade Commission, as my phone provider wants to charge me to block these calls

Today, multiple calls were received from the same number, featuring an automated voice claiming to be a collect call from the Montgomery county jail.
I recived six calls in 20 minits, dont no whats going on or how to stop it!!!!
In the afternoon, after 2:30, I received a call from this number, claiming someone was in jail in Lebanon, Ohio, which I found puzzling since I reside in Kettering.

It's redundent to call them back, especaily since you've hung up on them everytime they've called, so whats the point of calling now?

The calls were actually from PayTell communications, a service used by inmates in prisons, including Montgomery County Jail, to make calls, and the issue was resolved by following the voice menu's instructions
Instead of calling a posible scam number, wouldnt it be more efective to get a call blocker app, or device?
