Earlier this week, callers using +19299002932 have been flooding voicemail boxes with a familiar script that claims a legal complaint or overdue bill and pressures recipients to provide personal data. The recordings often cite a “litigation department” and reference large past Verizon charges, but the name that repeatedly appears is Unified Processing Services. Telecom analysts see this as a classic robocall scam that leverages locally‑appearing numbers to bypass basic filters. If you receive such a call, do not share any identifying information, hang up, and block the number. Report the incident to the FTC and your carrier’s spam‑call service for faster mitigation.
Similarly, I auto-rejected the call from this 617 number, but somehow they obtained my mom's home number.
I recieved two call from this number on my cell, i didnt say anythin, just listend, it sounded like a call center, i think its a scam, peoples should be aware
Over the course of three days, i continiously recived calls from the number 919.336.0008, all from a person claiming to be Mr Taylor!

Apparently, a company calling itself Unified Processing Services has been leaving menacing messages on answering machines, including mine, claiming that Verizon is suing me for an unpaid phone bill from 14 years ago, with threats of court action. The individual on the phone identified himself as a litigation officer and attempted to intimidate me by reciting my social security number and address, which I had previously researched and knew to be a scam. Immediate action is needed to stop these deceitful activities.

Yep, that is their new number, just got the call today, I've been getting so many scam calls since I got a new phone number
Similarly, I had an experiance with the same person, Mr. Taylor, and two other numbers, 919-336-0028 and 1-888-416-7301, while I reside in NC.
To clarify, the same message was played twice
I just recived a call from this number, similair to what other people are saying, but the guy claimed to be Mr Taylor.

Interestingly, my caller ID displayed Pakistan, yet the message was identical to one I had received previously

The caller ID for this incident listed a New York number, specifically 929-900-2932, which may be relevant for tracing the origin of the call.
The message recieved was similiar to the one posted on 16-MAR-2016, except this time it was from Rick at Unified Process Services, stating it was importante regarding a complaint and reqested identificaton when calling their office back
This is clearly a scam, i've been getting alot of these calls, dont bother calling back
