Based on the provided information, it appears that the caller with the number +19295997297 is likely involved in a phishing scam, attempting to trick the recipient into revealing sensitive information. The message claims a large charge was made at Target in Arizona, which may cause concern and prompt the recipient to call the provided number. However, the fact that the number to call is not the recipient's credit card number raises suspicions, and it's probable that the caller is trying to obtain personal or financial information through social engineering tactics, potentially leading to identity theft. The recipient's skepticism and belief that it's a scam suggest that they are cautious and aware of such tactics.
