Ekspertvurdering
Hang up immediately on any unsolicited call demanding payment confirmation for a purchase you didn't make. This script screams scam tactic, mimicking legitimate companies like Apple to trick you into pressing buttons or sharing info. Scammers often spoof numbers to appear local, but verify transactions directly through official apps or websites—never via callback. Enable call blocking on your phone and report to the FTC at ftc.gov. If pressed, stay silent or hang up to avoid interactive voice response traps that could lead to data theft or charges. Protect your accounts by monitoring statements closely for unauthorized activity.
